As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead a digital transformation project focused on implementing an end-to-end management system for environmental permits, inspections, and administrative sanctions. You will oversee two Junior Business Analysts, enhance existing analyses, and expand coverage to new areas. With over 5 years of experience in business and process analysis, you’ll define structured approaches, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and play a key role throughout the project. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis for the end-to-end management system for environmental permits, inspections, and administrative sanctions across two divisions.
Conduct thorough AS IS and TO BE analyses, improving existing frameworks and expanding to areas not yet covered.
Oversee and mentor two Junior Business Analysts, ensuring the quality of their work and their professional growth.
Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and challenges, and define structured approaches for solutions.
Communicate analytical results clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
Continue involvement beyond the analysis phase, supporting the project’s success.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience of at least 5 years in business and process analysis.
Ability to quickly learn new business domains and build strong networks within organizations.
Demonstrated skills in leading junior profiles and overseeing their work.
Strong knowledge of business needs analysis, process modeling, and solution architecture design.
Experience with data modeling techniques and understanding of information systems and technical components.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, both in written and spoken communication.
