**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Improve productivity in production
- Responsible for ERP system and data input
- Optimize overall (production) planning
- Support the different team leaders to implement productivity initiatives
- Initiation of projects (Lean Six sigma improvement projects)
- Follow up of ongoing projects + report on the financials of projects
- Transferring the assembly from box to line assembly
- Improvement and optimization of the process flow
- Stock management

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Production, Electro Mechanics Engineering
- You are fluent (R/W/S) in English and Dutch
- Looking for continuous improvements based on lessons learned
- Empathic towards own team
