**Functie**
Een conceptuele denker die een visie kan ontwikkelen en resultaatsgericht kan toewerken naar concrete oplossingen voor klanten
Als Product Development Manager voor AXI Finance Solutions ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de strategische uitrol en coördinatie van het volledige productontwikkelingsproces, rekening houdende met de noden van de klanten en de werking van de interne stakeholders.
- Je bent in staat om een coherente, duurzame en overkoepelende visie uit te werken voor de producten en oplossingen die AXI aanbiedt aan haar klanten waarna je deze visie, in samenwerking met de betreffende product owners, vertaalt naar concrete roadmaps.
- Je neemt de lead in het pre-sales proces en ondersteunt de Sales & Business Development teams waar nodig. Je volgt hierbij de nodige inkomende leads en projecten op en kijkt met een kritische blik naar elke concrete situatie.
- Je zet de nodige tools en product boards op om de resultaten en conclusies van het productontwikkelingsproces helder te communiceren richting klanten en interne stakeholders.
- Je stuurt jouw pre-sales en product team aan als een betrokken en inspirerende people manager. Je volgt daarbij de groei en ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers nauwgezet op.
- Je houdt jezelf continue op de hoogte van de nieuwste markttrends en ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied.
- Je maakt deel uit van het management team, bent betrokken bij investeringsbeslissingen omtrent de AXI producten en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Division manager Finance Solutions.
**Profiel**
- Je beschikt over een professionele Bachelor of Master (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je kan terugvallen op een achttal jaar werkervaring als consultant/manager/business analyst (of gelijkaardig) waarbij je een diepgaande kennis hebt opgebouwd van brede financiële en/of aankoop/logistieke processen.
- Jouw ervaring in projectmanagement maakt dat jij je team kan motiveren om het nodige op te leveren binnen de afgesproken deadlines en hierbij waarborg je een efficiënte en kwalitatieve werkwijze.
- Ervaring met software ontwikkeling is van grote meerwaarde.
- Je bent uitermate communicatief en toont je een constructieve gesprekspartner richting klanten en interne teams.
- Je hebt een positieve mindset, luistert aandacht en komt naar voor als een pragmatische problemsolver.
