Bij Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen kom je terecht in een warme familie met hechte collega’s. Als Software Architect binnen het ICT team sta je in voor de uitbouw van een consistente, hoogwaardige en financieel verantwoorde software architectuur, waardoor je rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de continuïteit van onze toegankelijke, kwaliteitsvolle en mensgerichte thuisverpleging.
**FUNCTIE**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische architectuur van de applicaties en systemen. Je bepaalt de structuur van softwareoplossingen in overleg met de stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat deze in lijn zijn met de bedrijfsdoelen.
- Je staat in voor een onderbouwde technologiekeuze
- en standaarden en ziet toe op het juiste gebruik van applicatielibraries en de kwaliteit van de softwarestack.
- Je coacht het team door middel van trainingen, workshops en documentatie, om zo een uniforme werking te garanderen over de teams heen.
- Je werkt nauw samen en communiceert proactief met alle stakeholders om technische vereisten en projectdoelen op elkaar af te stemmen.
- Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt referentie-architecturen die als leidraad dienen voor de ontwikkelteams. Je stelt technische standaarden en best practices op en zorgt voor de naleving binnen de teams.
- Je stelt samen met de developers en testers een effectieve CI/CD-strategie op voor geautomatiseerde testing, integratie en deployment. Je implementeert met de developers versiebeheer van code en databaseschema’s om consistentie en compatibiliteit te waarborgen tijdens software-uitbreidingen.
- Je staat in voor security, performance & resilicience in de architecteur van het systeem. Je monitort evalueert en optimaliseert de prestaties van de software en zorgt voor load balancing, traffic control en optimalisatie van systeemresources. Je zorgt ook dat deze monitoring toegankelijk is voor het operationele service team.
**PROFIEL**:
- Je behaalde mínimaal een master diploma in ICT, computer science, software engineering of een vergelijkbare technische discipline.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en hebt een sterke achtergrond in programmeertalen, softwareontwikkelingsmethodologieën en softwarearchitecturen.
- Je streeft steeds optimalisatie en hoogwaardigheid na en bent hierbij ook een uitstekende communicator naar alle revelante stakeholders toe.
- Je adviseert en overtuigt door inhoud en aanpak en weet alle neuzen in dezelfde richting te krijgen om te komen tot kwalitatieve resultaten.
- Je maakt heldere analyses van complexe dossiers en weet deze te vertalen naar een doelgericht actieplan met aandacht voor processen, procedures en kennisborging.
- Certificeringen op het gebied van softwarearchitectuur zijn een groot pluspunt.
