**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**TITLE**: European Project Manager

Objective**:Implement the European projects developed by Creative District (Participatory Design - Creative Industries - Sustainable development)**

The Project Manager is involved in the field of Social Innovation - Creative Industries - Sustainable Development to manage and organise the activities necessary for the realisation of a project. Reporting to the coordinator, he/she is the interface between the different collaborators, partners and audiences involved in the implementation.

**Roles and tasks**:

- Prepares content and leads animation modules, awareness-raising, conferences
- Conducts research and development for content writing
- Analyses and synthesises resources on themes related to active and civic participation
- Organises working groups on these themes
- Manages events, organises logistics/technical aspects of events
- Manages the projects on the ground
- Designs the activities adapted to the different audiences
- Contacts and follows up with associative and institutional partners
- Manages the budgets: compliance with the budgetary framework, calls for tenders
- Attends virtual or in person meetings or conferences and reports on the outcomes.

**Profile**:

- Good command of French and English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
- Strong interest in the themes covered by Creative District
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and be able to unite and motivate them around the different projects
- Strong writing skills and IT literate: MS Office
- Good knowledge of communication
- Analyses the needs and objectives of individuals and groups
- Knowing how to define the means to carry out a project, identifying the resources required
- Ability to take initiatives and set priorities
- Sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity and proactivity
- Ability to organise

**DIPLOMAS**: Student or graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3)

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**: A first experience is an asset

**COMMENTS**: Internship offer, from 6 to 12 months
