**For the billing part**:

- Key-user ERP accounting system - integration and testing new releases ,first line helpdesk ERP system.
- Managing projects in ERP system - ensuring specific hourly rates / set-up / e-billing / budget or any other request are implemented
- Allocations of payments, financial follow-up of the Task Force matters and follow-up of the escrow accounts
- Client Money Transactions & follow-up
- Ad-hoc reporting regarding timesheets, WIP, billing, attribution or all Finance report request.
- Creation and implementation of process and follow-up
- Intercompany process follow-up
- Monitoring the time recording and modifications were needed and ensuring due date for timesheets input is respected
- Monitoring the work in progress and regular reviews in this respect with partners to ensure timely billing
- Preparing of draft bills, bills and credit notes, processing of write offs in order to have a monthly billing process for the partners
- Ensuring invoices that all invoices are sent / follow-up with secretaries / follow-up E-billing procedures/ upload
- Bank Reconciliations (Payment Journals) for credits

**For the collection part**:

- Daily involvement/follow-up and support to the Credit Control Manager to follow-up appropriate actions / follow-up / reminders
- Maintains adequate records of conversations with partners/clients on credit control and actions arising from meetings and conversation
- Responsibility to ensure that all requests from clients are actioned and follow up
- Have a good understanding of client files
- Advises on whether balances in client account can be used to settle bills raised
- Ensuring customers pay on time the overdue invoices
- Follow-up with debtor agency
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up payment terms in ERP system
- Responding to client inquiries
- Reconciliations of ledgers and preparing / bank reconciliations

**Requirements**:

- Requires strong understanding of a professional services firm.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with managers, partners in a professional and personable manner.
- Needs to be able to provide value and quality in all reporting, ensuring data reported is accurate and timely.
- Needs to have strong numeracy and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong ability/team player and work ethic to meet deadlines under pressure
