Als **Business Analyst** bij iO is je belangrijkste rol het vertalen van de business behoeften van de eindgebruikers & PO's naar functionele verzoeken.
- Je fungeert als spil tussen de business stakeholders en het technologie team en werkt samen met Business Leaders en Product Owners.
- Je beschrijft de business behoeften
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de systeemvereisten begrijpelijk en aanvaardbaar zijn voor IT-ontwikkelaars en helpt de gebruikers met testactiviteiten.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de stakeholders en vertaalt de gebruikersvereisten in functionele ontwerpspecificaties
- Bepalen van operationele doelstellingen door bedrijfsfuncties te bestuderen, informatie te verzamelen en uitgangsvereisten te evalueren
- Je onderzoekt huidige bedrijfsprocedures en aanbevelen van nieuwe procedures vanuit de bedrijfsstrategie
- Je ondersteunt nieuwe processen door eisen te analyseren, workflow charts te construeren en de PO / PM te ondersteunen door scope of work / Users Stories te schrijven
- Je verbetert systemen door huidige systeempraktijken en wijzigingsontwerp te bestuderen
- Je bewaakt de voortgang door activiteit te volgen, problemen op te lossen en veranderingen aan te bevelen
- Je behoudt het vertrouwen van de gebruiker en de activiteiten beschermen door informatie vertrouwelijk te houden
- Je stelt technische rapporten op door het verzamelen, analyseren en samenvatten van informatie en trend
- Je ondersteunt de testfase door een cross-functionele kijk te bieden

Je team:
Je werkt** in het team van de klant** en ook vaak op hun kantoren. Op die manier kan jij je expertise het beste met hen delen en ben je aanwezig waar het nodig is. Daarnaast word je ondersteund door het** iO consultancy team** dat je begeleidt en helpt wanneer je vragen zou hebben. Je bent volledig deel van iO en krijgt ook alle bijhorende voordelen.

Daarnaast is **kennis de basis van alles** wat je bij iO doet. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen groeit door in kleinschalige teams aan uitdagende projecten te werken. Of dat je jouw **persoonlijke groeipad** volledig **zelf** kunt **vormgeven**. Er zijn allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt delen óf zelf kunt organiseren, zoals Expert Groups, meet-ups of hackathons.
- Wat je meebrengt als Business Analyst Consultant- Je hebt** 5**+ jaar ervaring** als Business Analyst (of een gelijkwaardige rol)
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent uitstekend in stakeholdermanagement
- Je legt linken, durft te kijken naar het breder geheel en de juiste conclusies hieraan te verbinden.
- Je bent ondernemend, hands on en neemt graag initiatief
- Je weet hoe je complexe domeinen overzichtelijk en duidelijk in kaart kan brengen
- Je hebt kennis van diverse technieken om requirements te verzamelen van diverse stakeholders
- Je kan overtuigend presenteren en helder communiceren is voor jou geen probleem
- Je bent zelfzeker en vindt het fijn om de leiding te nemen in een team
- Workshops organiseren en faciliteren zit in jouw vingers
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** **of Frans** en **Engels**
