**Wij zijn op zoek naar een fulltime stagiair, voor mínimaal 3 maanden, om te beginnen rond februari.**
**Als stagiair in het Employer Branding & Recruitment team werk je samen je de Employer Branding Officer. Je taken zullen gevarieerd en leuk zijn, en bovenal zul je overal in België kunnen werken en collega's van Carrefour ontmoeten**
**Employer Branding gaat over het positioneren van de brand imago als werkgever op de arbeidsmarkt. Om dit te kunnen doen, moet onze communicatie subtiel en creatief zijn om de juiste kandidaten voor de juiste jobs te kunnen vinden.**
**En dat er uitdagingen zijn, dat is duidelijk: communiceren voor Vlaanderen/Brussel/Wallonië; de retailsector ontdekken en begrijpen; 1.000 werknemers per jaar aanwerven (wel, pro rata, dat zijn er 250 voor jou )**
**Jouw missie?**
- **Bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van interne en externe aanwervingscampagnes,**
- **De planning van de campagne opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen indien nodig,**
- **Ontwikkelen van 360° communicatiemateriaal voor social media,**
- **Herbekijken van de tone of voice van onze vacatures, creatie van testimonials, schrijven van nieuwe teksten voor campagnes,**
- **Organiseren, in samenwerking met het team, van rekrutering evenementen**
**Het profiel**
**- Je zit in het laatste jaar van een bachelor
- of master diploma in communicatie / public relations / marketing**
- **Je bent vertrouwd met Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), en je maakt graag promotievideo's/teasings**
- **Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands met een uitstekend begrip van de andere taal.**
- **Je bent creatief, nieuwsgierig en geïnteresseerd in de retailsector
