Business Analyst / Project Lead

***Voor onze klant in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst / Project Lead.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Efficiënte organisatie van zijn/haar team en een gestructureerd overzicht bewaken.
- Vlotte overdracht van kennis en informatie over zijn project aan de andere team leads.
- Standaard projectmanagementmethoden gebruiken en kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen stellen voor de uitvoering van projecten.
- Uitgebreide opvolging van al zijn of haar projecten om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de verschillende verwachtingen en kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiken van de project
- en teamdoelstellingen en waakt over de kwaliteit van de deliverables en de opvolging van de planning voor oplevering.
- Rapporteren aan de Workstream Lead / Process Team Lead / Project Sponsor over kwesties met betrekking tot de scope, blokkades en risico's, of goedkeuringen van deliverables.
- Uitvoeren van planning van de verschillende taken binnen het project waar hij/zij verantwoordelijk voor is. Je bewaakt de opvolging en stuurt bij indien nodig.
- In staat zijn om complexe situaties te analyseren die specifiek zijn voor de publieke sector en waarbij verschillende stakeholders betrokken kunnen zijn. Je bent in staat om cruciale technische informatie samen te vatten en te vertalen in eenvoudige termen zodat deze kan worden begrepen door verschillende stakeholders.
- Het project behendig beheren (met integratie van Prince2- en Agile-concepten) en flexibel zijn in het stellen van prioriteiten.
- Je bent een dynamisch persoon die niet bang is om initiatief te nemen en in staat is om op regelmatige basis resultaten te leveren.

Jouw profiel:

- Meer dan 4 jaar ervaring in het leiden van projecten met een grote verantwoordelijkheid, met een pluspunt voor IT-projectmanagers, en/of projectmanagers in de publieke sector.
- Ervaring in een complexe omgeving waar verschillende teams samenwerken aan een gemeenschappelijk project.
- Kennis van de gangbare projectmanagementmethodologieën (Prince2, Agile, enz.) en IT-projectmanagementtools (JIRA, Confluence, enz.).
- Ervaring met het opstellen van een strategisch stappenplan voor de invoering, stabilisering of buitengebruikstelling van een IT-oplossing.
- Perfecte kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands, alsook een autonome beroepsbekwaamheid in de andere taal.
- Monitoring van projecten; gedetailleerde rapporten opstellen over de voortgang, status, problemen, risico's, een overzicht hebben van het optimale gebruik van de beschikbare middelen, enz.
- Stakeholdermanagement en communicatie: werken met interne en externe stakeholders en beschikken over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Het behouden van een helikopterview en aandacht voor details.
