Solution Architect

Brady is looking for a Solution Architect to join one of our development teams, using modern development practices and latest technology stack. - hardware platforms
- development software
- middleware cloud capabilities
- 3- 4Your high level of education enables you to gain a rapid insight into the market and quickly detect opportunities / solutions. In addition to good planning and organization, you have a high degree of autonomy.

**Who are we looking for?**:
**_ Required skills and competencies:_**

1You have previous experience in one of the following domains:

- AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture)
- Barcode Solutions
- RFID
- IOT / Automation
- Wireless WiFi industrial Solutions
- Mobile solutions
- Cloud platforms and services
- 2You have an analytical mindset and are able to translate opportunities in our markets into Epic and User Stories. You understand general business processes (ERP, track and trace, inventory management, Integration tools).
- 3You have relevant experience in software engineering and design architecture and can create highly professional, easy to read and understandable business and solution flows. You help to draw the future capabilities (make versus buy, partnerships,)
- 4You are capable to leverage and promote re-usability of existing and future capabilities. You have excellent communication skills and work well with other stakeholders such as AIDC, DAT (day after tomorrow / innovation team), sales and other teams.
- 5You** are b**ased in Zele but, as your target market is spread over EMEA, you are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. You are willing to travel occasionally.
