**Functie**:
As a business analyst / business solutions manager you’ll support and contribute on a wide range of transformation projects:
- You manage digital projects from analysis to implementation, including communication with internal teams, or even external partners, to deliver high-quality and innovative digital solutions.
- You proactively manage your projects in terms of planning and deadlines, monitoring and communication for the team so that everyone can have a global view of current projects, their progress and risks. Both for new projects and for existing solutions to be modified or optimized.
- You follow market trends and the evolution of competition, looking for innovative products or services and new technologies for our customers and repairers.
- You contribute in the analysis and documentation of As-Is capabilities about business process, technology and people and in the design of To-Be processes.
- You document business requirements and perform gap analysis between business requirements and systems requirements.
- You are in contact with end user and/or other project managers and translate their needs into technical specifications, being the bridge between technical and business.
- You support in functional testing.
**Profiel**:
As a business analyst / business solutions manager:
- You are passionate about digital transformation, product development and always have the customer experience in your heart.
- You have 3-8 years of experience as business analyst. Claims knowledge or experience in financial service is a plus
- You are structured, data driven, proactive, and have good interpersonal and communication skills. You are eager to use numbers to support your analysis.
- You have high work ethics and an intrinsic desire to deliver high quality end products. Solving problems and understanding end-customer needs are part of your core strengths.
- You are acquainted with Agile delivery methodologies as well as Design Thinking.
- You are results-driven, with a hands-on mentality.
- You have good English skills as well as French or Dutch.
