Als je een scherp oog hebt voor data, details en deadlines, dan is dit de functie voor jou
Tijdens je werk als onze Accountant-assistent ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal belangrijke gebieden van de boekhouding voor de Belgische activiteiten, waaronder voorbereiding van regelgeving en belastingaangifte, interne financiële controles en AP/AR-processen.
Jij communiceert dagelijks met het personeel van alle afdelingen binnen het bedrijf en met klanten/leveranciers buiten het bedrijf. Uw vermogen om contact te hebben met financiële en niet-financiële personen is essentieel. Verder wordt van u verwacht dat u zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werkt en dat u de juiste beslissingen neemt om uw werklast te beheersen en strakke deadlines te halen.
BELANGRIJKE TAKEN:
1. Crediteuren
Ontvangst en boeking van leveranciersfacturen voor de Belgische activiteiten;
Zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid van boeking op grootboekrekeningen en btw-regelgeving;
Bestanden voorbereiden voor betalingsruns van leveranciersfacturen;
Nieuwe leveranciers aanvragen bij Team Masterdata + info masterdata invullen (btw-code)
2. Debiteuren / Kredietcontrole
Debiteuren beheren, samenwerken met verkoop en klantenservice, om uitstaande klantvorderingen te verminderen;
Verwerken van uitgaande facturen (interne doorbelastingen, royalty's, klachten, kortingen,)
Nieuwe klanten aanvragen bij Team Masterdata + info stamgegevens invullen (btw-code, kredietlimiet,)
3. Einde van de maand
Intercompany-transacties opvolgen (facturen boeken, facturen betalen, Sensus-bevestigingstracering invullen)
Onkostennota's verwerken (contant en creditcards)
Assisteren van de Senior Accountant tijdens het maandafsluitingsproces
Voltooi nauwkeurige afstemmingen in OneStream
4. Belastingdienst rapportage
Maandelijkse aangifte BTW, Intrastat en IC-listing;
Jaarlijkse aangifte klantenlijst (btw)
Behandelen van Prodcom
- en Structure-aanvragen van de Nationale Bank van België
Stabel-enquête voorbereiden
5. Zorgen voor een nauwe samenwerking met Senior Accountant in Heverlee
6. Audits - Werk samen met de Senior Accountant in verband met interne en externe auditvereisten
7. Overige ad hoc taken en projecten
Profiel
Jij bent sterk cijfermatig.
Een vooropleiding boekhouding zou wenselijk zijn, maar niet essentieel.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in financiën is vereist, waarbij kennis en eerdere ervaring met de specifieke taken hierboven kan worden aangetoond.
Achtergrond in productie en ervaring met werken voor een Amerikaans bedrijf is wenselijk.
Ervaring met JDE is een pré.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, zijn noodzakelijk (er wordt verwacht dat je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt).
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De schademelding controleren of een expertiseprocedure opstarten (aanstellen van een expert)
- De voorwaarden van het verzekeringscontract met de klant afspreken (bedrag van de premies, aard van de dekking,...)
De bewijsstukken verzamelen en voor akkoord overhandigen
- Een klanten
- of prospectenbestand uitwerken
- Vervaldagberichten versturen, de inning van premies opvolgen en de aansluitingsdocumenten aan de klanten bezorgen
- Schadevergoedingsprocedures opstarten voor verzekerden of slachtoffers op basis van een beoordeling van de schade en de aansprakelijkheden van de betrokkenen
- De verzekeringsnoden van de klant analyseren en hem over de voorgestelde producten informeren
- Het verzekeringscontract van de klant actualiseren en de opvolggegevens registreren
Aanbod

Je werkt een 40-uren week en bouwt dus 12 betaalde ADV dagen op per jaar
Flexibele/glijdende uren (start tussen 7 en 9u)
