Als Planner Operations - Wegsignalisatie ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het team van planners (+/-5) bij onze klant te Willebroek. Samen met jouw team draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het effectief plannen en coördineren van alle activiteiten op het gebied van tijdelijke verkeerssignalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met het operationele team, projectleiders en werfleiders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle projecten binnen de gestelde deadlines worden uitgevoerd.
- Jouw takenpakket:

- Opstellen van werkbonnen volgens een signalisatieplan.
- Efficiënt inplannen van werven, routes en plaatsers, en indien nodig, briefen van de plaatsers voor vertrek naar de werf.
- Voorbereiden van dossiers zodat de plaatsers over alle benodigde documenten beschikken.
- Direct contact onderhouden met klanten, ploegbazen, werfleiders, tekenaars, en andere betrokkenen.
- Behandelen van vragen en klachten van klanten.

**We Search**:
Je hebt een planmatige bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Office-pakket is noodzakelijk.
- Ervaring met Business Central is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.
- Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Organiseren zit in je bloed.
- Je bent zowel administratief als communicatief sterk.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en past goed binnen onze bedrijfscultuur.
- Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd.
- Flexibiliteit in werkuren en bereikbaarheid is voor jou geen probleem.
