**Requirements**:
**HOW YOU CAN HELP**

You will:

- work closely with your dedicated unit lead to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each team. Together you will define CTA's in order to realize our hiring targets.
- Continuously partner with our marketing team and team leads to design, re(de)fine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent
