**What we’re looking for**:
**Education and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.

**Technical stack**:

- Proficiency in Java ecosystem (JDK 7 or higher).
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
- Experience with web services (REST, JSON, XML).
- Expertise in Hibernate/JPA and Spring frameworks (core, data, SpringBoot micro-services).
- Familiarity with Maven.
- Frontend development skills: HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, CSS.
- Knowledge of orchestrators like Camunda or Activiti is a plus.

**Tools and working methods**:

- Proficiency in IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA.
- Experience with Jira and Agile development principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
