Currently we are looking for an **Marketing Innovation & Research Manager** to join our international Lantmännen Unibake marketing community (Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain)
**This is what you will do**
Lantmannen Unibake is the second largest industrial bakery in Europe. **_We want to lead the bakery business with the scale, knowledge and drive to be loved in every market we operate in_**.
**Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to)**:
- Responsible for capturing all relevant market-trends (consumer/customer) and insights (consumer/customer)
- Responsible for providing actionable market and trend reports using all accessible market & customer data
- Responsible for the validation process of branded innovations in close collaboration with the Category Business Leaders
- Responsible for generating and validating insight
- and concept-statements for all market-driven innovations in the relevant regions and channels
- Ownership in preparing and managing the innovation earnings funnel (rolling 36) in line with the strategic innovation targets and in close collaboration with the Category Business Leaders
- Overall support to Category Managers in strategic innovation projects and innovation challenges
**Skills & Requirements**:
**Who are you ?**
- You probably have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent by experience
- You have a broad experience (>5 yrs) in upstream marketing activities and consumer research with excellent skills in complex Project Management
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder skills with innovation & marketing teams
- You have a solid understanding of key marketing & sales processes (e.g. S&OP and Business Management process)
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking), knowledge of French is an asset
