Onder elektrische infrastructuur wordt verstaan: elektrische voeding, sturing en databekabeling voor kantoorgebouwen, werkplaatsen en haventerreinen, gebouwenbeheerssystemen. Vallen o.a. in het takenpakket:
- verlichting, zowel binnen
- als buitenverlichting
- gebouwen technieken (brandmeldcentrale, voeding hvac, )
- toegangsbewaking, met o.a. barelen, poorten, speedgates, tourniquets (badgereaders, fingerscan) en camerabewaking.
- Voedingsverdeling voor koelcontainers, stilstandsverwarming van havenvoertuigen en laadpalen voor elektrische voertuigen, )
Je streeft een strikte opvolging na en je bent tegelijk in staat om oplossingsgericht je projecten te sturen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van de afdeling Engineering.
Niets op de werf ontsnapt je, je bent de ogen en de oren van de Technische Dienst op de werven.
**Belangrijkste kenmerken van je functie**:
- Werkvoorbereiding en opvolging van onderhoud en herstellingen aan de bestaande infrastructuur.
- Begeleiden en opvolgen van werken die uitgevoerd worden door interne vaklui en/of externe leveranciers.
- Opvolgen van correcte uitvoering van onderhoudscontracten (externe leveranciers)
- Bewaken van de kosten, planning en kwaliteit van projecten en onderhoudsactiviteiten.
- Uitwerken van nieuwe projecten, samen met je collega’s van de afdeling Engineering.
- Opvolgen en afhandelen van bestellingen en contracten.
- Opstellen van technische handleidingen
- Verzamelen en updaten van as-built dossiers
- Verzorgen van interne “technische” opleiding.
- Meewerken aan een cultuur, waarin efficiëntie en veiligheid centraal staan.
- Onderhouden van relaties met de verschillende leveranciers, aannemers.
Als supervisor perimeter infrastructure word je begeleid door de supervisor electrical infrastructure. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Civil Infrastructure M&R van de Technische Dienst ATS.
**Profiel**:
- Bachelor Elektromechanica / Elektrotechnieken / Automatisatie (of gelijkwaardig)
- 2 tot 5jaar ervaring - ervaring in een havenomgeving is een pluspunt
- Eerste leidinggevende / coördinerende ervaring
- Het AREI heeft geen geheimen voor u
- Kennis van PLC sturingen, Dupline, Icaros of CCTV systemen is een voordeel
- U beschikt over een basis kennis van IT-netwerken
- Goede kennis van MS office pakket
- Vlot in Nederlands - Engels
