Je zal samenwerken met de Benelux Manager Communications & Corporate Marketing en belangrijke stakeholders uit het hele bedrijf om merkcampagnes te plannen, uit te voeren en te meten teneinde de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te ondersteunen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de briefing, content bepaling, creatieve -en budget processen tot aan de levering en rapportage.
- Ontwikkeling en bescherming van ons merk
- Relatiebeheer van journalisten en influencers
- Aanpassing en lokalisatie van pan-Europese content en creatie van lokale merkcampagnes en andere inhoud ter ondersteuning van ons merk en ons bedrijf.
- Coördineren en leveren van redactioneel plan en zorgen voor tijdige distributie van content.
- Beheer sociale media kanalen (Content/UGC/Community Management).
- Dagelijkse screening van sponsor-/partneraanvragen.

Profiel

Wat wij vragen
- Bachelor of Master in PR, Communicatie of Digitale Marketing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min. 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een voordeel
- Zeer goede talenkennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels (geschreven & gesproken)

- Sterke communicatie

- Uitstekende plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden met een sterk oog voor detail.
- Ervaring met het werken in proces gestuurde organisaties.
- Zelfgemotiveerd, gepassioneerd door beeldvorming / merk.
- In staat om meerdere projecten in meerdere disciplines tegelijk te coördineren.
- Basiskennis van Adobe CS, en CMS applicatie zou een interessante aanwinst zijn.
- Prioriteiten stellen en gefocust blijven onder tijdsdruk.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Campagneprojecten en mediadragers selecteren en ze aan de opdrachtgever voorleggen ter goedkeuring
- De verspreiding van de campagne opvolgen, de resultaten analyseren en de evaluatie opmaken
- Het project, de producties en de teams plannen en coördineren
De uitvoering controleren
- Een opdrachtomschrijving uitwerken voor de creatief ontwikkelaars volgens de communicatiestrategie van de opdrachtgever
- Samen met de opdrachtgever de doestellingen van de reclame
- of verkoopcampagne bepalen
- Een communicatiestrategie ontwikkelen voor: Bedrijfscommunicatie
- Naargelang het mediatype, het budget van de campagne verdelen over de uitgavenposten creatie, productie, aankoop van publicitaire ruimte,...
