The position of Production Manager offers an exciting opportunity to work within a renowned broker.
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for processing customer requests, negotiating with insurance partners, issuing contracts and ensuring rigorous follow-up of administrative tasks.
We are looking for a rigorous individual with an insurance degree or equivalent experience, as well as full PCP certification. Previous experience in the insurance sector and skills in communication, negotiation and analysis are also required.

**Description**
As a Production Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Process customer requests, ensuring that their needs are correctly interpreted;
- Negotiate with partner insurance companies to find the most appropriate solutions to customers' requests and needs;
- Issue contracts (new or replacement business) in compliance with ethical rules and deadlines;
- Administer premiums and monitor their collection;
- Carry out the technical and administrative tasks involved in managing a portfolio of insurance contracts, and ensure proactive and rigorous follow-up;
- Maintain smooth, professional communication with customers, advising them and assisting them with the steps required to process their requests;
- Ensure quality service in compliance with internal practices and codes, and participate in their ongoing development;
- Assume collective responsibility for the operation of the team and ensure, with your colleagues, that customers receive excellent, comprehensive and efficient service.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, economics, finance or equivalent professional experience;
- Completed PCP certification;
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a broker;
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize, process and interpret data;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to creating an environment of trust and collective sharing;
- Be autonomous and able to find solutions to problems independently;
- Assertive communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
- Have a good command of French and Dutch;
- Knowledge of insurance underwriting and management tools;
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to organize and analyze information.
