**INEX.nv **is een Belgisch, familiaal zuivelbedrijf waar de liefde voor natuur, mens en dier voorop staat. Heerlijke zuivel met weidemelk van eigen bodem, gemaakt door boeren uit de streek.
Inex is een bedrijf in volle groei met meer dan 450 medewerkers en in meer dan 30 landen actief. Op vandaag beschikken ze over een machinepark van maar liefst 24 afvullijnen, waaronder een aantal ‘state of the art’- installaties. Deze zijn nodig om de 1 miljoen liter zuivelproducten die zij dagelijks produceren op een kwalitatieve manier te kunnen verwerken. Om te garanderen dat hun productieshift in de best mogelijke conditie verkeerd, zijn ze op zoek naar een (m/v):

Als Productieleider voor de nachtploeg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en beheren van alle productieactiviteiten tijdens de nachtshift.
**Poste**:
**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
- Leiden en motiveren van een team van productiemedewerkers (+- 20FTE’s).
- Toezien op de productieprocessen en het garanderen van de kwaliteitsnormen.
- Oplossen van operationele problemen om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen.
- Implementeren van verbeteringen in het productieproces.
- Beheren en plannen van de personeelsbezetting om optimale resultaten te bereiken.
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsprotocollen en -regelgeving.
- Rapporteren van productiegegevens en teamperformance aan het hoger management.
**Profil**:
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een technische of operationele richting.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende positie binnen de productie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
- Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te motiveren.
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardig.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en in staat om onder druk te werken.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels. Bavegem is gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor jou.
