**Wat verwacht Crelan van jou?**:Functie
Het **Human Resources departement** telt een 35 tal collega’s.
We zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers omtrent HR- aangelegenheden.
Naar aanleiding van de recente overname van AXA Bank zijn we volop bezig met de **overname van alle HR-processen** van AXA bank alsook de uitrol van de **harmonisering van loon
- en arbeidsvoorwaarden**.
Om ons team te versterken zijn we nog op zoek naar een **Business Process & Applicatiebeheerder**.
Jouw taken:
- Als Business Process & Applicatiebeheerder heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om verder te werken aan de integratie en digitalisering van onze HR-toepassingen, nieuwe features in gebruik te nemen en hierdoor de HR processen maximaal te ondersteunen.
- In de rol van Applicatiebeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat de werking van de applicaties en systemen optimaal is. Je ondersteunt mee interne gebruikers en je werkt aan het oplossen van incidenten, het doorvoeren van wijzigingen en het (functioneel) inrichten van applicaties.
- Je gaat in gesprek met de key-users om noden en te verbeteren punten van applicaties te identificeren. Je geeft hierbij advies en je zoekt naar oplossingen. Je beheert de machtigingen en leidt de gebruikers op bij wijzigingen in de applicaties.
- Als onderdeel van verandering draag je strategisch bij aan de evolutie van processen (van reflectie tot implementatie).
- Je maakt procedures en gebruikshandleidingen op en je beheert en onderhoudt ze achteraf. Je levert ook periodieke overzichten en rapporten aan die de key-users kunnen gebruiken.
- Je bent in staat om vanuit een helikopterview de evolutie van de verschillende HR projecten kritisch op te volgen en ervoor te zorgen dat deze kunnen geïntegreerd worden in de HR- en bedrijfsstrategie.
- Je onderhoudt binnen het HR master data systeem de opzet en ontwikkelingen van het functie
- en organisatiebeheer.
- Communicatie en overleg met diverse stakeholders, zoals collega's van andere afdelingen, service partners speelt een belangrijke rol in de functie. Je bent ook mee de schakel naar IT.
- Je maakt voorstellen om de applicaties te optimaliseren. Hierbij houd je rekening met security regels en de GDPR-wetgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat de rapporten en interfaces op een geautomatiseerde manier informatie gaan aanleveren aan de key-users.
- Je volgt upgrades en releases op en je wordt mee betrokken bij opzet, planning en uitvoering van testen.
- Je monitort mee de applicaties en zorgt er voor dat ze up & running blijven.
- Samen met onze service partners ( bijvoorbeeld het sociaal secretariaat) voorzie je mee de voorbereidingen voor het ontwerp en opzet van specifieke functionaliteiten.
**Profiel
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in procesoptimalisatie, business analyse of in het inrichten van systemen.
- Een zeer grondige kennis van de office-toepassingen, zeker xls is nodig voor deze functie. Ervaring met Xtend 365 is een pluspunt.
- Je kan procesmatig en autonoom werken. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en je streeft steeds naar efficiëntie.
- Je bent in staat om je communicatiestijl aan te passen aan de verschillende belanghebbenden (business, IT, service partners,...) en je kan hun behoeften correct interpreteren. Je beschikt ook over de nodige overtuigingskracht en assertiviteit.
- Je bent service gericht en wordt gedreven door het verder helpen van mensen.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Je bent een teamplayer die graag kennis deelt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
