**Facility Specialist**
**Your tasks**:
You will be **responsible** for different **areas for Zaventem**:
- **Management** of the office and **warehouse**
- Contact suppliers and **finding** **solutions** in case of **maintenance** **problem**
- **Management** of **building’s** **badges**
- **Supplier** management (water, electricity, IT, waste / recycling, cleaning, etc.)
- **Review and evaluate** maintenance operations
- **Improve** maintenance operations and **procedure**
- Various **administrative** **tasks** (drafting of calls for tenders, specifications, search for suppliers, etc.)
**Your profile**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function (facility, logistics maintenance,)
- You have a very good knowledge of English, it is our daily language as an international company. You are also
fluent in French and/or Dutch
- You master the Microsoft Office suite
- You are flexible, autonomous, creative, and proactive. Changes don't scare you
- You are a problem solver and you like challenges
- You have a B license as well as a personal vehicle
- You have a lvl.3 prevention advisor qualification. Industrial first aide/Fire First Response Team qualification is a plus
