Safety Machinery Expert

**About the role**
- Etex Engineering is an Etex Company oriented to manage big capex projects and also provide technical support & expertise to our internal customers, the factories.
- This position is specifically for the technical support to be provided to the Project Managers for all safety aspect in Capex Projects and/or to the technical assistance / expertise to the factories.- It consists in 3 missions:
- SAFETY TASK FORCE: actively participate to the analyzing and solving of technical issue identified.
- SAFETY VALIDATION: Ensure Safety Validation for projects  Safety in Design process is implemented by the project team / support project team for all safety aspect / coordinate third party for CE compliance / support project manager for safety issues in Technical Assistance / support technical office in EHS expertise
- SAFETY STANDARDIZATION: support each family leader in his tasks and each EE members in the Safety Guideline writing / provide training.- An additional goal of this position is to inspire new solutions/processes based in Industry 4.0.- Key responsibilities specific to the role are:
- Training, support & advise in safety guidelines.
- Setting up and preparation of safety in design process for the designated projects, support the project team in the process implementation.
- Prepare the CE compliance process for the projects designated /advise the project team and the Steering Committee in decision making.
- Participate to the HIRA and the plant/workshop analysis and identify the best technical solutions.
- Support the project manager in the implementation of designated solution.

**About you**
- You hold a Master degree in Engineering and you have about 3 to 8 years of working experience and a couple of years of managerial experience.
- You are an expert in machinery safety.
- You speak English fluently.
- You have excellent communication skills and are experienced in animating a workgroup.
- You are able to provide technical assistance and you can integrate customer requirements and manage suppliers/third parties.
