**De functie, kort geschetst**:

- Eens het voorontwerp klaar is, kijk jij vanuit een **technische en structurele haalbaarheid **naar het ontwerp.
- Je voert een **stabiliteitsstudie **uit en giet deze in een lastenboek, ramingen en meetstaten.
- Je doet ook effectief **werfbezoeken **om te zien of de uitgevoerde werken overeenstemmen met het plan.
- In hoofdzaak bent u verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van het concept en de **berekening** van de verschillende projecten binnen het bureau. **Werfopvolging** is eveneens een onderdeel van het takenpakket.
- Je woont **vergaderingen** bij in nauwe samenwerking met architecten.
- Je **coördineert **de planning van je team in samenspraak met het afdelingshoofd en stuurt de BIM-modelleurs aan.
- In samenspraak met het ontwerp
- en uitvoeringsteam tracht je voor elk project tot **flexibele oplossingen **te komen.
- Je kan je flexibel opstellen naar locatie toe. De uitvalsbasis is Brussel, maar voor overleg kan je je verplaatsen naar Gent.

**Jouw compositie**:

- Opleiding **industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur** in de bouwkunde of de architectuur.
- Minimum **10 jaar werkervaring**, wat zich vertaalt in sterk ontwikkelde vakkennis.
- Ervaring met **grootschalige projecten**, zowel nieuwbouw als grondige renovatie.
- Zowel het **aansturen** van, als het **samenwerken** met collega’s heb jij stevig onder de knie.
- Beheersing van de **Nederlandse taal**; kennis van het **Frans** en/of het **Engels** is noodzakelijk.
