Senior Testcoördinator

Wil jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het plannen en organiseren van al onze testactiviteiten? Word Testcoördinator bij Allianz en lever een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van onze systemen die gebruikt worden door onze collega’s, businesspartners en consumenten.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**

Als testcoördinator bestaan jouw werkzaamheden onder andere uit:

- Het definiëren van de teststrategie: organisatie, raming en toekenning van middelen
- Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de gebruikersacceptatietest (UAT)
- Coördinatie van de testuitvoering om ervoor te zorgen dat het systeem functioneert en voldoet aan de projectspecificatie vanuit de business
- Verantwoording nemen over defectmanagement, het maken en distribueren van testrapporten en de communicatie hiervan richting alle stakeholders
- Het coachen van de testers en het bewaken van de planning.

**Wat kan jij ons bieden?**
- Je bent proactief, onafhankelijk en beschikt over een goede teamspirit.

Verder beschik jij over:

- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als Testcoördinator
- De capaciteit om de volledige levenscyclus van verzekeringen en systeemintegratie te begrijpen en hierover op detailniveau te overleggen met diverse stakeholders
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Ervaring met bij voorkeur JIRA / ZEPHYR
- Ervaring met het werken in een Agile omgeving
- Ervaring in de verzekeringswereld of financiën is een pré
- Ervaring in stakeholder management
