We are hiring a **Digital Twin Consultant** to join our growing Axon team.
Axon is a cloud-based SaaS solution that supports companies in their journey towards resilient supply chains via a Digital Supply Chain Twin (DSCT). It observes the demonstrated SC behaviour, predicts future performance and supports clients to act upon spotted risks & opportunities.
**Your role**:
As a Digital Twin consultant for our **Axon technology** you will play a key role in the Axon implementation projects. You are responsible for the planning, design and oversight of the Axon configuration and integration with remote enterprise systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s needs and the targetted business processes
- You can act as project lead or senior Axon/business consultant in various Axon projects
- You work together with data engineering team for the design/build of the integration between our customer’s enterprise systems and the Axon Digital supply chain Twin.
- You demonstrate a thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, Axon solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
- You deliver end-user training and ensure a smooth transition to the client after the implementation phase
- You can act as a customer success manager: keep supporting the client after project closure, maintaining good relationships and spotting new opportunities
- You actively help in improving our Axon product features and support processes based on customer feedback by interfacing with the product/solution owner and customer support.
- You actively support pre-sales meetings and other commercial activities.
**Your Skills**:
- You have a Master's or Higher degree in science or engineering (applied science, commercial, industrial, information technology ), business management, data science, or related areas.
- You have a strong interest in Supply Chain Processes.
- You know and preferably have experience with data (science) tools (SQL, Python, R ) and data visualization tools (PowerBI )
- You know and preferably have experience in AI/ML concepts & tools.
- You can analyze and process large amounts of data.
- You are proficient in the use of office and project management tools.
- Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
- You’re fluent in English, as well as French or Dutch.
- You can quickly build up excellent product knowledge and stay up to date.
- You are precise and rigorous, but without losing yourself in details.
- You are flexible, committed and results-oriented.
