**Job**:
You are part of a team of operation leads and meet with them several times a week.

You manage a team in Belgium and a team in a delivery center (Minsk, Poznan and/or Izmir), you take responsibility in different domains:

- **Operational organization** of the team, in close cooperation with the other teams within The Reference.
- You are responsible for the overall planning of the team. You are the key figure who keeps an overview of all ongoing projects within the teams.
- **HR follow-up.**:

- Together with HR and the other operation leads, you take care of recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management within the team.
- You actively contribute to the DNA and culture of the organisation by translating the objectives of The Reference into concrete expectations for the employees.
- You bring out the best in the team and therefore you spend the necessary time on coaching and guidance of your team members.
- **Project monitoring** in terms of high-level planning and general functioning.
- You focus on optimal efficiency and take into account the business of our customers.
- You have good arguments for changes in the team's staffing and you support the project managers in their planning. You keep track of new projects that are coming up.
- You report to and work closely with the managing director.

**Profile**:

- You combine a higher education with at least three years of experience in coordinating complex digital projects.
- You are well organised and result oriented. You keep a cool head even with complex projects.
- You are a born people manager; you have good listening and coaching skills.
- You have a strong focus on cooperation. You constantly ensure good communication between all stakeholders.
- You are authentic and reliable. You understand the art of finding a balance between the interests of the company, those of your team and those of the customer.
- You are service-oriented and have a strongly developed sense of responsibility.
- You are analytical and look at a problem from different angles. You search for additional information and prepare decisions based on good arguments.
- You are self-critical and you like to learn and improve continuously.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology is a plus.
- You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself fluently in English, French is a plus.
