**Job Title: Cell Scientist (In Vitro)**

**Location**: Leuven, Belgium

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting hands-on experimentation with human cell cultures, utilizing advanced techniques in cell manipulation, RNA work, CRISPR, gene editing, and flow cytometry.
- Managing diverse projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Interacting collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Translating complex scientific concepts into easily understandable language for non-experts, presenting findings in a concise and compelling manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Proficiency in human cell culture techniques, RNA work, CRISPR, gene editing, and flow cytometry.
- Strong multidisciplinary skills with the ability to integrate knowledge from various scientific disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
