As a Team Manager you will be part of our Experience Production unit, which is responsible for producing marketing content for our automotive customers’ electrified/future vehicles. By leveraging 3D technology you will work on a large variety of high-quality CGI projects, managing a team of passionate artists.

The core business of our team is to bring our customer’s engineering data to life into photorealistic stills and animations, with high visibility in on
- and offline marketing campaigns across the globe. You will work for and from our Benelux office in Vilvoorde (BE), while also supporting on global projects with our colleagues in offices around the world.

**What will your role be?**
- Manage and direct a team of 3D Artists to deliver projects on time and quality
- Collaborate with Project Management, Resource Management, Account Management and other production teams around the globe to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Identify production challenges and address these to appropriate departments and leadership
- Continuously develop your team in new workflows
- Assess and assign the right trainings for your team
- Report on team performance and take valuable measures to maximize long term success, while continuing to hit day to day goals alike
