Beschrijving
Als Business Consultant voor de Salesforce-oplossing is het jouw taak om deze snelgroeiende oplossing voor onze klanten te implementeren door deze zo te configureren dat deze perfect aansluit op de behoeften van de klant. Je beheert niet één klant op de lange termijn, maar een groot aantal klanten en projecten tegelijkertijd.
De ene klant is de andere niet en we hebben er meer dan 1000 op totaal verschillende gebieden. Zo kun je de ene dag in de farmaceutische sector werken en de volgende dag in de bouw.
Zoals je ziet, is diversiteit het sleutelwoord in je dagelijkse leven. Er staat je een dynamisch en uitdagend dagelijks leven te wachten

Taken
Takenpakket
Bij opstart krijg je een gedegen, op maat gemaakte training van onze toonaangevende experts op dit gebied. Je leert meer over de Salesforce oplossing en daarna ga je:
- Salesforce helpen implementeren bij onze klanten
- De tool zo parametreren dat deze perfect is aangepast aan de behoeften van de klant
- De vragen en noden van de klant analyseren en evalueren voor specifieke verzoeken
- Zelfstandig je planning beheren
- Een sterke relatie met onze klanten onderhouden door je professionele advies
- Standaard trainingen geven aan klanten over het gebruik van de oplossing
- Zorgen voor wekelijkse opvolging van projecten onder toezicht van een Project Manager
Vereisten
Profiel
**Must-have**:
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma, idealiter in management of IT
- Rijbewijs B
- Ervaring of Salesforce-certificering in de module "Administrator"
- Vermogen om outside the box te denken en initiatief te nemen
- Ervaring met het implementeren van Salesforce (dus niet enkel als gebruiker)
- Klantgericht zijn & van klantencontact houden
- Bereid om klanten 2 tot 3 dagen per week te bezoeken
- Een Zwitsers zakmes zijn en multi-project management appreciëren
- Teamplayer-mentaliteit
- Kunnen deelnemen aan verkoopgesprekken
- Idealiter mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen Salesforce
- Goede kennis van het Engels

- Affiniteit met IT
- Vermogen om nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten
- Analytisch ingesteld zijn
- Goede kennis van het Frans
