Bij KBC Securities Services werken we nauw samen om **effectenverwerking**vlot en correct te laten verlopen. Denk aan de aan
- en verkoop van aandelen of de verwerking van corporate actions. Als applicatiebeheerder speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol, samen met je collega’s in Brussel, Leuven, Gent en Varna (BG). Zo dragen jullie bij aan het succes van diensten als Bolero, KBC Asset Management, Kate en Investment Services.
- Verwacht je aan een internationale groeicontext met een fijne dynamiek en een prima werk-privébalans

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je bouwt een goede kennis op van de toepassingen binnen je domein.
- Je neemt een **belangrijke brugfunctie** op tussen de eindgebruiker van de toepassing, jouw eigen team en andere teams binnen onze organisatie.
- Van idee en business requirements capteren tot de haalbaarheid van een nieuwe feature onderzoeken of verbeteringen uitwerkenals applicatiebeheerder ben je bij elke stap betrokken. Je voegt meerwaarde toe door out-of-the-box te denken.
- Je bent de drijvende kracht in het **testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten**.
- Je volgt dagelijks de werking van de systemen nauwgezet op en geeft **ondersteuning**(2e lijn, documentatie, opleiding ) voor de toepassingen.
- Constructief samenwerken met anderen krijgt bij jou prioriteit. Je bent het **aanspreekpunt**voor collega’s binnen Securities Services, maar ook voor andere stakeholders binnen en buiten KBC.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Financiële markten en producten boeien je. Je houdt ervan hoe ze je analytische brein aan het werk zetten en uitdagen om antwoorden te vinden op complexe vragen.
- Met een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een sterk economische of wiskundige richting - ben je perfect gewapend om een vlotte start te maken.
- Je kijkt ernaar uit je te verdiepen in de verschillende contexten van projecten en **ownership**te nemen.
- Jouw aanpak? Resultaatgericht, met een focus op pragmatische **oplossingen**.
- Je bent **leergierig**en bereid om regelmatig kennis van (nieuwe) systemen, processen en toepassingen op te bouwen.
- Net als je collega’s werk je graag in team om doelen te bereiken. Je eigen werk organiseer je efficiënt. Heb je hulp nodig of heb je een vraag? Dan twijfel je niet en spreek je een collega aan.
- Je communiceert vlot in het **Nederlands en Engels**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Zo lukt het je bijvoorbeeld prima om ideeën gestructureerd en helder over te brengen.
