The tribe "Client Servicing, Robotics and Fraud' aims to facilitate the Contact Strategy of the Bank by providing solutions to support remote contact interactions, by automating processes and Fraud prevention solutions (phishing, vishing,..).
We search a new experienced Business analyst with good understanding of technical and functional analysis to reinforce the Fraud Cluster.
The Agile Business analyst plays an important role in the understanding and elaboration of the identified solutions.
- In line with the priorities and scope set by the Product Owner, the business analyst leads the business analysis phase with the different stakeholders and contributors.
- Together with the business(es), (s)he elaborates on the needs while making sure the strategic ambitions and the end-customer experience are covered. (S)he challenges where required.
The business analyst works in close collaboration with other squad colleagues, a.o. technical colleagues. S(h)e helps elaborating the functional and technical solution.
**Function description**
- Understands the 'product strategy and vision’ and priorities set by the PO (product owner).
- Takes the lead on the business analysis.
- Builds a relationship of trust with the stakeholders.
- Identifies and understands the business/client needs and makes sure end-customer experience is sufficiently covered (client centricity), orient the customer when required to comply with the Fraud cluster strategy (priorities, customer protection, state of the art solutions, user experience...). initiates the different steps required to ease business needs collection, validation (workshops, presentations,..).
- Ensures regular, unambiguous, fluent communication to business stakeholders, contributors and to more functional/technical profiles he aligns with.
- Defines and analyses the business model using modelling techniques and methods.
- Collaborates with other contributors / tribes in the end-to-end delivery.
- Analyses and translates the business/client needs in requirements towards the building of the target solution(s) (solution oriented). Formalize the requirements in the standards used by the cluster / squad.
- Liaise with the squad and other contributors when required.
- Collaborates with more technical colleagues on the elaboration of functional and technical solutions taking adequation to the business needs into account.
- Prepares and participates to the end-to-end testing of new functionalities to monitor maximal quality and confirm adequation to the business needs.
- Helps businesses onboard on the new solutions. Helps preparing the change for a fluent adoption of the delivered solutions.
- Identifies, communicates and manages the constraints, impediments, risk(s) and issues to keep qualitative delivery on-track (in collaboration with the squad).
**Language requirements**
Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills.
French Strong written and spoken communication skills.
English Strong written and spoken communication skills.
**Education Master or equivalent**
**Required experience / knowledge - 5 years**
**Technical Experience : Mandatory**
- Good understanding of IT (technical, functional analysis, architecture) and testing experience.
- API/Swagger knowledge.
**Business Experience : Mandatory**
- More than 5 years of Business analysis experience.
- Great stakeholders management (Business and IT stakeholders).
- Great oral and written communication.
- Good understanding of work flow processes.

- Analytical mind - conceptual thinking
- Customer centricity (put the customer at the heart of what we deliver and influence contributors where required).
- Communication skills (oral written), animation of workshops, Negotiation and persuasion skills.
