The Workforce Management Squads focus on the appointment journey for our customers in-home services and maintaining network quality. **We are specifically looking for a Senior Functional Analyst **.
Ideally you have:
- minimum 10 years relevant experience in an IT environment, 5 of which as a Functional Analyst. Ideally you have experience in a telco or utility company
- a structured way of working, a keen eye for detail without losing the bigger picture
- a pragmatic approach to analytic work
- you improve the atmosphere and cooperation between colleagues and has also a sense of personal responsibility
- the ability to work autonomously. Do you have questions? Don’t be afraid to ask.
- a dynamic mindset, open to ever-changing environments
- an excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is highly appreciated.
You are also able to express yourself clearly to colleagues and clients: you can adapt your language according to who’s listening. This means you can translate and explain your analysis to junior developers.
