The Workforce Management Squads focus on the appointment journey for our customers in-home services and maintaining network quality. In collaboration with our partners, we deliver solutions to get our customers up and running as smooth as possible. We collaborate closely with architects, business, and process analysts to design reliable and scalable solutions.

**We are specifically looking for a Senior Functional Analyst **.
Ideally you have:
- minimum 10 years relevant experience in an IT environment, 5 of which as a Functional Analyst. Ideally you have experience in a telco or utility company
- a structured way of working, a keen eye for detail without losing the bigger picture
- a pragmatic approach to analytic work
- you improve the atmosphere and cooperation between colleagues and has also a sense of personal responsibility
- the ability to work autonomously. Do you have questions? Don’t be afraid to ask.
- a dynamic mindset, open to ever-changing environments
- an excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is highly appreciated.
You are also able to express yourself clearly to colleagues and clients: you can adapt your language according to who’s listening. This means you can translate and explain your analysis to junior developers.
