Description du poste
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation et l?évolution du système d?information en apportant votre expertise sur les sujets data. Vous interviendrez dans un environnement agile et serez en charge de la gestion des exigences métier, du pilotage de l?alignement SI et de l?optimisation des processus liés aux données.
**Vos missions**:
**Au sein de l?équipe Data, vous serez amené(e) à**:
Transformer les besoins métiers en solutions techniques en animant des ateliers et en rédigeant des user stories, DOR, DONE et plans de test.
Gérer le backlog produit et coordonner avec les équipes de développement pour définir des solutions adaptées.
Assurer le pilotage de l?évolution du SI en cohérence avec les objectifs stratégiques et les processus métier.
Suivre la performance du SI et proposer des scénarios d?évolution.
Mettre à disposition une cartographie du SI pour aider à la prise de décision et au pilotage de la performance.
Anticiper les impacts des changements métiers sur le SI et inversement.
Assister la maîtrise d?ouvrage projet et animer les différentes phases de la fabrication de la solution.
Collecter, formaliser et prioriser les exigences métier en s?assurant de leur couverture en recette MOA.
Définir les scénarios de test métier et animer la recette MOA.
Participer à l?analyse de l?existant et à la modélisation des processus métier cibles.
Accompagner le changement et piloter les activités de maîtrise d?ouvrage du projet.

**Qualifications**:
Issu(e) d?une formation en informatique, data ou système d?information, vous justifiez d?au moins 7 ans d?expérience en business analyse sur des sujets data.
Vous avez une solide connaissance des environnements data et du requêtage SQL sur des bases de données relationnelles et non relationnelles.
Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies agiles (SCRUM/KANBAN) et êtes à l?aise avec la gestion de backlog et la coordination avec les équipes de développement.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à analyser les besoins, proposer des solutions et accompagner le changement.
Doté(e) d?un excellent relationnel, vous savez convaincre et challenger les éditeurs et équipes techniques.
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et force de proposition.
Un bon niveau d?anglais est requis pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
