**Oplaadbare batterijmaterialen**

We zijn allemaal in beweging. De herlaadbare batterijmaterialen van Umicore geven mensen autonomie en connectiviteit. Wij zijn een pionier in batterijmaterialen die het bereik en de prestaties van elektrische voertuigen vergroten. Onze materialen zorgen ook voor een langere levensduur van draagbare elektronica. Om onze klanten in staat te stellen nog beter presterende batterijen te produceren, kunnen we niet stil blijven staan. We moeten nieuwe manieren vinden om dingen te doen, nieuwe oplossingen ontdekken en nieuwe ideeën ontwikkelen. En dat is waar jij in beeld komt.

**Wat u gaat doen**

We zijn verheugd een vacature aan te kondigen voor een wereldwijde RBM BIT&Digi PMO office manager om ons team te versterken We zoeken iemand die bedreven is in digitalisering, governance en het stellen van prioriteiten om onze kritieke BU-projecten te leiden en een bewezen PMO-kantoor op te zetten.

Wat kun je verwachten?
- Opzetten van een PMO office met duidelijke governance, beleid, procedures, tooling en KPI opvolging.
- Leid kritieke BU projecten en focus op digitalisering, prioriteitstelling, monitoring en escalatie van mitigatie acties.
- Projecten leiden en toezicht houden op de succesvolle oplevering van digitaliseringsinitiatieven en geselecteerde RBM IT-projecten.
- Mentorschap bieden over PMO-onderwerpen aan de BRS BU en de JV.
- Zorgen voor belangrijke standaardisatie, monitoring en escalatie in projecten, programma's en portefeuilles binnen het RBM BIT-team, het RBM global domain manages, het RBM MT en de SCO.

De aandacht zal in de eerste plaats uitgaan naar wereldwijde RBM-projecten. Wij hebben plannen om het kader binnen de CSM-organisatie uit te rollen. Als specialist bepaalt u de belangrijkste prioriteiten, onderhoudt u een up-to-date IT & Digitalisatie Project Portfolio voor RBM op mondiaal niveau en bouwt u het RBM&CSM IBP op jaarbasis.

Als belangrijk lid van ons team zal deze rol een cruciale rol spelen in het stimuleren van het succes van RBM op het gebied van digitalisering. Coördineren van organisatorische veranderingen, maandelijkse portfolio KPI rapportage, en project/programma management in RBM BIT&Digital kritische projecten.

In het kort zijn de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van deze wereldwijde functie:

- RBM Business IT & digitalisering PMO (project management office).
- Change management en maandelijkse portfolio KPI rapportage
- Project/programma management in RBM BIT&Digi kritische projecten

Ideeën, zoekt naar mogelijkheden voor procesautomatisering, initieert en leidt Proces Automatisering projecten in coördinatie met Corporate IS en respectievelijke Business Unit Process Owner.

**Wat we zoeken**
- Master degree in field of IT/Business Economics with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the similar function
- Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of a project, DevOPS and Planisware tool knowhow is an asset
- Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects, PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in end-to-end business process modeling and business process management
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
- Affinity with and interest in a broad range of (digital) technologies.
- Familiar with or open to new learning technologies.
- Experience of Program and Project level financial management
- Experience of defining and delivering benefits realization for projects and program
