**Beschrijving**:
Je bent als applicatiebeheerder het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers van Groep Gent aan wie je technische en functionele (tweedelijns) ondersteuning verleent voor websites, intranettoepassingen,Je staat in voor het beantwoorden van toepassingsgebonden vragen. Je verhelpt storingen in toepassingen zo snel mogelijk door de code aan te passen of contact op te nemen met de leverancier indien nodig. Je communiceert over de toepassingen naar de collega’s en eindgebruikers.

Je werkt samen met de andere applicatiebeheerders aan het curatief en proactief beheer in de dagelijkse opvolging en voert continuïteitstaken (updates en upgrades, kleine wijzigingen, ) stipt uit. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw applicaties en bedrijfsprocessen optimaal functioneren. Als er problemen zijn, volg je deze nauwkeurig op. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met gebruikers, ontwikkelaars, analisten, systeembeheerders, servicedeskmedewerkers en anderen.

Je voert taken uit binnen de projectwerking en wordt van bij het begin van een project betrokken voor advies. Als je nieuwe projecten initieert, doe je dit vanuit het oogpunt de continuïteit te verzekeren. Je inbreng in de analysefase is hierbij onontbeerlijk. Ook bij het verdere projectverloop ben je nauw betrokken, zodat je een grondige kennis van de (web)toepassing kan verwerven en je de functionele en technische vereisten mee in het oog kan houden.

Je neemt deel aan het goedkeuringsproces om nieuw ontwikkelde toepassingen in productie te nemen. Hierbij hanteer je je ervaring met het dagelijkse onderhoud en de interventie als referentiekader bij het in productie nemen van nieuwe toepassingen. Je waakt erover dat er voor elk nieuw product duidelijke continuïteitsafspraken worden gemaakt en dat de procedure voor het aanvaarden van nieuwe toepassingen wordt uitgewerkt en bijgestuurd.
