**Collaborating with our Managing Director and Competence Lead to understand staffing needs and objectives.**

***Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms.**

***Conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary.**

***Keeping a detailed record of your activities in our CRM system.**

***Providing support in the negotiation and onboarding process for new hires.**

**Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.**
