- Matching of customer payments including investigation work in the event of incorrect payments
- Run the daily work regarding credit card invoices/payments
- Reminder management and debt collection
- Reconciliation of the customer ledger and calculation of bad debts at closing
- Order release including credit assessment in accordance with authority rules
- Ensure a digitized, efficient and quality-assured document flow within the AR
- Support the financial controller in running accounts payable work (when time permits)
- Involved in updating/developing routines, processes, and policies within the finance function.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Some form of financial education (knows debit/credit and basic accounting)
- 3-5 years of experience as an accounting assistant
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and good level in Dutch and French
- Proficient knowledge in Excel
