Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Develop segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts to various customer groups.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present reports to senior management detailing campaign results and ROI.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and refine the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Implement strategies to increase engagement, reduce churn, and foster brand loyalty.
- Platform Management: Serve as the primary manager of the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and the efficient operation of marketing automation tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement and communication.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal regulations and industry best practices, particularly in relation to data protection and privacy (GDPR).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or online services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, database marketing, and loyalty program management.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with additional languages being an advantage.
