DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS AND THE SCOPE OF COMPETITION

The following tasks will be performed:

- Works within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development tea,
- Typically supervises several business analysts
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project
- Interacts and validates requirements with the business
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in depth understanding of a specific business domain
- Creates, maintains, prioritizes and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investement
- Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint
- Is involved in the decision making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints
- Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM)
- Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
- Reviews deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint
- Organizes live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint
- Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business
- Develops and maintains standards for testing
- Provides progress reporting
- Assists with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information
- Assists with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
- May perform the role of Scrum master

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Master's degree of 5 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
- Ability to make presentations to Member State Authorities and other stakeholders, excellent communicator
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak and write in English C1

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

The following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems
- Experience in Agile
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc)
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle
- Excellent knowledge of Grants Management (Calls, Submissions, Evaluations, Reporting)

Due to its specific nature, the SEP project requires advanced technical knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer
- Excellent knowledge of PL/SQL
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Excellent knowledge of large datastores techniques/good practices, and ETL processes
- Excellent knowledge of Jasper Reports
- Excellent knowledge of GIT; JIRA; Confluence
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripts, especially when used in cloud environment
- Knowledge of Java programming language and Web/REST Services
- Knowledge of BPMN processes

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS

**At least one** of the following certifications is required for the performance of tasks:

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Professional Scrum Produce Owner (PSPO)
- SAFe Product Owner or equivalent
