**Job Description**:
ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to provide guidance and uphold the standards throughout the development and execution of the company’s projects.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Defining and implementing a reporting process: frequency, channel, project metrics, escalation
- Consolidating project metrics and providing reports to the General Manager
- Implementing a Capacity Management and projects prioritization (qualification)
- Maintaining close relationships with the Business to understand, challenge and capture the needs (defining scope)
- Creating, communicating, and following the planning to ensure the delivery process
- Regular interaction and following up with the team project (BA, FA, dev teams)
- Writing regular communication to the stakeholders (weekly/monthly reports)
- Defining and managing risks & issues, solving problems
- Organizing and leading Steering Committees, meetings
- Quality Management Assistance: optimization of project processes (reporting towards the client, flow of information within the team...), Issues tracking (JIRA administrator)
- Financial & HR Management Assistance: metrics analysis, budget control & implementation of cost reducing processes
- Organizing and providing agile training sessions
- Providing operational support for contracts, recruitment, teams organization, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical skills**
- Able to summarize complex/operational information into key messages for senior managers.
- Power BI
- JIRA
- Target Process
- Excel expert
- PowerPoint senior
- SQL
- Agile (SAFe, Spotify)
- Project management skills
- Knowledge about development flows (analysis, dev, test, releases) must be familiar with the development sector

Any of the below would be considered an asset
- TBM model knowledge (financial framework)
- Python / R script
- Previous experience within the telecom industry
