- Fluent in French,Dutch and English
- Studied human resources or have short experience in the field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively

**Your Tasks**:

- Ensure the smooth and effective daily HR functions as well as complex cases (disciplinary meetings, investigations etc.)
- Handle office and country support operations and well as ad hoc projects and topics
- Be the 1st point of contact for employees, management and external partners
- Maintain and update HR data
- Process all employee HR transactions from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Employee care - Smalk talks, birthday wishes
- Prepare and roll-out the local HR communication
- If needed, maintain the payroll relevant documentation, reports and personnel files
