ABOUT THE ROLEAs part of the Supply Chain team, the Co-Pack Planner is responsible for working with our commercial teams on planning and executing all co-packing activities in the BeNeLux market. This covers Value Added Activities (VAS) like specialized customer display builds, relabeling, bundling, and one-offs. You will be the single Supply/Operations point of contact for our Third-Party co-pack service provider. A significant portion of our sales is generated via co-packed items, so this role is critical to our business. Furthermore, you will be directly involved in overseeing supply chain activities related to new product introductions to ensure a successful launch on time and in full.**Responsibilities**:

- WITH OUR CONSUMERS AT HEART, YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of all re/co-pack SKUs, including demand capturing and adjusting, purchase order creation, invoice processing, inventory management and stock matching
- Plan co-packer production based on comprehensive evaluation of sales forecasts and desired inventory levels
- Responsible for managing third party co-pack partner(s)
- Optimize co-packing orders and packaging material stock according to demand and keep proactive communication
- Deliver strong service results via 3PL relationship management
- Updating SAP APO, reflecting demand and production, and ensuring clear signals are being sent
- Minimize the write off cost of packing materials
- Business partner to sales and marketing
- Manage and challenge key internal and external stakeholders to achieve service and sales objectives
- Ensure and maintain a robust alert system
- Actively seek out process improvement and eliminate waste. Project can range from setting up automation to driving our Good Spirited ESG program for co-packing.
- Working closely with the regional Innovation team and with Project Leads at Plant to ensure that products launching in market are within market Supply & labelling guidelines and that commercial launch dates are met
- Key Link between Innovation Team, Marketing, Brand, Sales and Supply Chain / Demand Planning

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS 7 EXPERIENCE TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Experience within Supply Chain (i.e. Co-packing, Operations, Demand/Supply Planning, Master Data, Customer Services, Logistics, Warehousing)
- Knowledge of SAP / MS Office / Teams
- Experience using SAP IBP / APO
- Project Planning, Time management, Problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience of Spirit industry, brands, categories, country specific legalities, and customers an advantage
- Business Acumen: Analyses issues from a business and cross-functional perspective. Understands the importance of an accurate forecast to the Business
