The Sales Operations Support Representative is responsible for the operational and commercial support of our sales channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- The employee maintains good contacts with predefined sales teams and new/existing customers, understands their needs well so that (commercial) opportunities/questions can be solved or dealt with optimally. Proposes solutions within predetermined parameters, using product knowledge & internal contacts.
- The employee acts as a contact for commercial questions from customers, responding to commercial opportunities and solving their problems. He/she participates in meetings to improve cooperation and build rapport with customers.
- It is the employee who ensures the coordination between the sales processes and the delivery processes. And builds bridges between the different internal departments. The associate participates/organizes meetings to improve internal cooperation.
- The associate is responsible for the follow-up and preparation of administrative and commercial sales documents (offers, contract amendments, contracts) and the registration of the necessary information related to the sales processes.
- The associate critically reviews operational processes and provides input for improvement proposals (processes and/or IT systems).
- The associate takes over the sales of certain products and services end-2-end. And does follow-up of sales through sales channels.
- You develop and maintain relationships with the predetermined sales team so that commercial opportunities are optimally exploited and a professional partnership is achieved (e.g. properly capture customer questions/needs, E2E ownership sales related questions, proactive/quick follow-up, support with ad hoc product and tool related questions )
- You independently analyze customer questions; search for solutions and recommend the ideal Telenet product. You keep the Account Manager informed where necessary.
- You know which solution is best proposed in which situation.
- The employee will constructively answer all commercial questions from customers and keep the Account Manager informed.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Professional experience of about 3 years is necessary.
- Knowledge of languages NL/ENG/FR.
- Stress resistant, can keep calm and overview when busy.
- Good communication skills and smooth personality.
- Customer-oriented mindset and commercial skills are indispensable.
- Good telecom knowledge, in the field of connectivity in the professional market.
- Knowledge of technologies is a plus (fiber, copper, coax and mobile network technologies).
- Ownership, working independently and accurately are in your DNA.
