Samen vormen zijn de rode draad doorheen al onze acties binnen ons bedrijf.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Adviseur well-being ben je verantwoordelijk om samen met een team van enthousiaste collega’s te werken aan een gezonde werkomgeving en samen met al onze stakeholders te bouwen aan het welzijn van alle personeelsleden van de NMBS.- Jouw doel is:
- in te staan voor de implementatie van het geïntegreerd welzijnsbeleid dat bestaat uit een preventie-, verzuim
- en re-integratiebeleid;
- in te staan voor eerstelijnsadvies en ondersteuning aan de HR BP's, de hiërarchische lijn en de andere welzijnsactoren inzake welzijnsgerelateerde topics;
- de verschillende processen en activiteiten binnen ons diversiteits
- en inclusiebeleid uit te voeren;
- mee te werken aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van ondersteuningsmogelijkheden aan medewerkers die na afwezigheid vanwege ziekte het werk hernemen.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting.
- EN- Je beschikt over eerste ervaring binnen het HR- en/of welzijnsdomein

- Je structureert en organiseert een geheel aan taken waarin ook anderen betrokken zijn;
- Je communiceert vlot en je kan je aanpassen aan je gesprekspartner;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en je hebt een vlotte pen;
- Je hebt een passie voor gezondheid en welzijn op het werk; kennis van de welzijns
- en ZIV-wetgeving is dan ook een grote troef;
- Je let op de specifieke en steeds verder evoluerende inzichten inzake de materie. Er wordt dan ook verwacht dat je je permanent bijschoolt;
