**Contexte**:
Pour soutenir le développement des projets Hydrogen, l’équipe SKID est à la recherche d’un Separation Product Manager (H/F)

**Principales responsabilités**:
Le Separation Product Manager aura pour missions et responsabilités:

- La gestion d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire (10-15 personnes, actuellement)
- La coordination du développement du produit « électrolyseur »
- La gestion des coûts impliqués dans les phases de développement
- La mise en œuvre du design mécanique en collaboration avec le bureau de dessin
- L’adaptation des designs sur projets
- S’assurer que le produit réponde aux besoins actuels du marché tout en étant compétitif
- Prendre sous sa responsabilité les aspects commerciaux et les normes liés aux projets dont il aura la responsabilité
- Assurer le rôle de support (back-up) du manager de la BU
- Servir d’interface (technique et commerciale) entre les équipes internes, les fournisseurs et les clients
- Porter un regard sur l’avenir pour anticiper les besoins du marché et tenter d’y répondre
- Assurer la gestion des équipements dans les processus de joint venture
- Fédérer les différents acteurs du projet en interne : les experts, les ingénieurs projets, l’équipe Manufacturing, etc.
- Participer aux décisions de « Make or Buy »

**Profil**
- Vous possédez une expérience de minimum 15 ans dans de grands projets industriels à l’export
- Vous avez de solides compétences en leadership et savez engager positivement vos équipes dans le développement de projets techniques
- Vous êtes capables d’entrer en interaction avec des clients aussi bien locaux, qu’internationaux
- Vous êtes mobile** **et capable d’effectuer des voyages ponctuels à l’international afin d’assurer le suivi avec les autres entités John Cockerill
- Vous travaillez au départ de Seraing, head-quarter
- Vous êtes dynamique, entrepreneur, autonome et fédérateur avec d’excellentes capacités communicationnelles
- Vous êtes capable d’évoluer dans un environnement en construction et qui se structure, en parallèle du développement de son produit
- Vous prenez des décisions en autonomie, en mesurant les risques pour les parties impliquées
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais et le français
