**Job Description**:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant who loves design, has a passion for interior decorating and provides exceptional customer service. Most importantly, you will be able to help your customers create beautiful spaces with our selection of furniture. Your creative sales skills will be recognised and rewarded. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced salespeople or for those with first experience in the real world who are looking to develop their portfolio.

**Sales consultant **responsibilities**
- Provide superior customer service and maintain relationships with potential customers in order to sell and develop future business using effective sales techniques.
- Responsible for achieving monthly prospect visits, sales and delivery targets, and building and maintaining a customer base.
- Uses strong interpersonal skills, sales techniques, active listening, a professional attitude and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
- Provide sales and design services to customers, including home visits, presenting the company.
- Ability to understand the needs and requirements of a computerized floor plan and work with design software and templates.
- Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, furnishings and related accessories, including an understanding of construction features.
- Keeps abreast of interior design trends in the local market and nationally.
- Assists all prospects on a rotational basis and ensures proper order processing and procedures.
- Maintains contact with prospects, from order writing to delivery, to ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally autonomous with experience or initial experience in the sales sector.
- Confident in presenting to interior professionals.
- Interior design is something that stimulates you
- A professional desire to achieve your goals
- Ideally bilingual in Dutch and French (English a plus)
- You are determined and convincing.
- You have an eye for detail
- You are proactive
- You have organisational skills.
- Transparency, a sense of ethics and an outgoing personality are descriptors that define you.
