**Your Responsibilities**:

- Translate strategic plans into team Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
- Act as a servant leader, fostering self-organization within the team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate a prioritized and focused way of working.
- Create and refine the product backlog, setting priorities and monitoring progress with Scrum Masters.
- Ensure seamless adoption and usability of new technologies/platforms delivered by infrastructure teams for developers.
- Create and maintain technology examples (paved paths) for AWS that align with Telenet standards and can be easily adopted by teams.
- Improve the developer onboarding experience, making it faster, more informative, and engaging.
- Establish and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of modernization initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including other departments and vendors.

**Our Ideal Product Owner - Software Modernization**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development.
- Technical expertise with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern development tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in reducing technical debt and modernizing legacy systems.
- Experience in a large telco or telecom environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
