**McKesson** raakt het leven van patiënten door optimalisatie van de gezondheidszorg op vrijwel elk gebied van deze sector. Dagelijks bereikt Mckesson België honderdduizenden patiënten. Vanuit onze 9 distributiecentra verdelen we meer dan 35.000 producten richting 5000 apotheken, waaronder ook de eigen LLoydspharma apotheken.

Hiernaast leveren we ook aan honderden zorginstellingen in België. Dit verloopt vanuit onze state of the art fractioneringsapotheek in Kortrijk, **MDDPharma**, de Belgische referentie inzake geautomatiseerde medicijnbelevering. Met om en bij de 100 werknemers voorzien we dagelijks de medicatie van 25.000 patiënten.

De Replenishment Officer is verantwoordelijk voor de aanvoer en continuïteit van de inventory van het productiecentrum. Je dirigeert audits, onderzoekt afwijkingen, vindt oorzaken van verlies, communiceert deze en je stelt hier mogelijke oplossingen voor. Je formuleert en implementeert verbeteringen om de productiviteit te optimaliseren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel directeur.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je coördineert met de logistiek manager de instroom en prioriteit van goederen
- Implementeert en automatiseert controles op stocklevels
- Je ontwikkeld een procedure om de info van leveranciers m.b.t. stockissues af te toetsen met de huidige stocks en doet voorstellen tot loadings
- Optimaliseren van de stock met de teamleaders of team specifieke verantwoordelijken
- Coördineren van de halfjaarlijkse stocktellingen en validatie per departement
- Opzetten/onderhouden van overzichtelijke en duidelijke rapporteringen samen met de COO
- Het in kaart brengen van stocklosses en anomalieën en procedures opzetten om deze in de toekomst tegen te gaan
- Opstellen in samenspraak met QA en nadien uitvoeren van audits van de processen binnen de interne keten.
- Bachelor in supply chain management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in distributie/wholesale/manufacturing met een reeds superviserende rol binnen een klein team is een grote troef
- Je bent zeer sterk analytisch en bezit de basis toolset om data te verwerken (powerQRY/BI/SQL/ )
- Je werkt zelfstandig en projectmatig
- Je bent een sterke communicator NL/ENG
