Store Director

Our client is a world renowned Fashion Company.

They are looking for a “ senior Store Director” for their large Flagship store in Oostende.

**Function**
- Take the leadership “store director “ role in this Flagship Fashion store.
- You are responsible:

- To promote store sales, interact and assist with customers. Offer them a memorable shopping experience
- To take a leadership role in motivating and educating your sales team.
- To keep your sales team informed of sales figures, product sales performance and sales goal analysis.
- For daily operations, planning personnel, inventory and expense control,
- For overseeing the selling.
- To maintain the shop in accordance with corporate standards.
- **To keep regional management informed about store issues, report all the Store KPI’s en SLA’s, gain insight and propose action plans regarding business growth opportunities.**

**Profile**
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to plan, coach and motivate a team of at least 10 people.
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience as a store manager
- Experience in Fashion retail is a must
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers
- Proficient computer and KPI management skills
- Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required
- Strong mastery of French and English
